Matt Davio is an entrepreneur and full time trader. Over his 13 year trading career Matt has proudly worked at Peak 6 Investments and Parallax Fund. After managing his own fund for three years, Matt decided he would spend more time with his lovely wife and four children. He started the MissTrade Interviews as a way for others to learn from those who have overcome failure through persistent hard work. He believes that reinvigorating the entrepreneurial spirit is vital for economic and social advancement, especially during these difficult times. When Matt is not trading, or learning from those he interviews he enjoys all that Bend, Oregon has to offer.

After the market turbulence of 2008, both Geoff Cahayom and Daniel Shporin decided to take time off from school to better understand these interesting times.
Geoff Cahayom began his trading by looking at nearly every indicator his broker had to offer. After countless hours of playing with all the bells and whistles, Geoff has finally settled on his favorite indicator—price. His trading style is simple and fluid. When he is not reading “the tape” he is watching the New York Yankees, the New York Jets or reading.
Daniel Shporin began trading at age 18 and is currently involved in index futures. Daniel’s trading style can be characterized as aggressive. His twitter handle, DudePlunger, honors the late Jesse Livermore, one of the greatest traders of the 20th century. Daniel is also a subscriber to Elliott Wave International. When he’s not trading, Daniel is either watching the New York Jets, New York Mets or HBO’s Entourage.
